My betmgm vip host said she cannot do anything for my stay in Vegas and advised me to contact the hotel.(delano) could have stayed at any other hotel as well as I have 3 and 4 Night free stays but chose for the nice big rooms. I'm a gold member almost platinum (190k points) and have a room booked in Vegas early December for the shopping point redemption.
